Have your Burning Questions on Digital Radio Mondiale Answered
Date: Tuesday, 19th January 2011
Rescheduled: Tuesday, 25th January 2010 @ 13:00 GMT Context:
Digital Radio MondialeTM (DRM) is the universal, openly standardised digital broadcasting system for all broadcasting frequencies up to 174MHz, including LW, MW, SW, band I and II (FM band). But what are the real value added services of DRM for listeners? Why would broadcasters decide to transmit in digital? Does digital broadcast mean the end of analogue broadcast? How easy/difficult is it to implement DRM in a radio kit? All these questions and more will be covered by a compelling DRM presentation.
Join top experts as they give responses to these questions in our first DRM webinar.

I'd like to see hearty participation from the DRMNA contingent. A bit early for West Coast folks, but get the coffee on and go for it! I for one would like to hear news about budget priced receivers.
